I still have an open issue with Ubisoft, which they have not replied to, but so far in my other experiences on PS4 with Trial versions or 'demos', any trophies that you might have achieved do not seem to retroactively pop, for some reason. Sorry, I have been having issues trying to reply to this thread for a few days now. OK so it is 100% sure I won't get any trophies trying the 3h it seems you are only one that can 100% confirm that for now.
